Safety 

 

FBK Rides sees to the safety of all its customers and drivers because we acknowledge the Importance of that aspect since both parties’ trust FBK Rides, so it is within both our and their best interests to make sure that we implement safety within our e-hailing platform.

 

These are features that we have implemented to ensure that FBK rides has safety as a priority.

 

  • Start Ride with OTP Feature: This feature enables you to confirm the vehicle and the driver’s identity by giving them the OTP after you have confirmed everything in order for the trip to start.  This feature also allows the driver to be certain that he is picking up the correct client, avoiding a mix up.

 

  • Share Live Location- Users can utilize this feature to share their current location with another person, a friend or family member so that they can track the customer’s whereabouts should anything happen to them. This feature offers a sense of security and safety for the customer.

 

  • SOS - Realtime Notify to Admin: This feature enables you to notify the FBK Rides admin if the customer feels like he/she is in some kind of danger. So in a scenario where you really feel like your safety is threatened you can press the SOS button which alerts the admin and they do a follow up on what could be the problem.
