SOS Contact Information: To incorporate SOS contacts into both the driver and user apps, we will obtain permission to access the contact list to display the contacts.
Feedback and Rating: When you rate and offer feedback on Riders or Drivers, we gather all the details conveyed in your feedback. In the case of communications, whether initiated by you or us, we gather all information shared, encompassing the content of messages and any attachments.
When utilizing the FBK Rides Platform, we gather location data, including GPS and Wi-Fi information, in a manner that varies based on your app settings, device permissions, and whether you’re a Rider or Driver:
For Riders: Your device’s exact location is collected upon opening and using the FBK Rides app, even when the app operates in the background, starting from the moment you request a ride until its completion. Additionally, we consistently monitor the precise location of scooters and e-bikes.
For Drivers: When you operate the app in driver mode, we collect your device’s precise location, including during background operation. Following the conclusion of driver mode, we continue to collect location data for a brief period to identify and address.
Usage information: We gather data regarding your utilization of the FBK Rides platform, which encompasses details about your rides such as dates, times, destinations, distances, routes taken, payments made, and whether any promotional or referral codes were utilized. Additionally, we compile information concerning your engagements with the FBK Rides Platform, including the pages and content you access, as well as the dates and durations of your interactions through our applications and websites.
Device Details: We gather details about the devices utilized to access the FBK Rides Platform, encompassing information such as device model, IP address, browser type, operating system version, carrier and manufacturer identity, radio type preferences and settings installed applications, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens. For Drivers, we also gather mobile sensor data from their devices, including metrics like speed, direction, height, acceleration, deceleration, and other technical specifications.
Communication: We collaborate with a third-party service to enable phone calls and text exchanges between Riders and Drivers without disclosing each party’s actual phone number. While this third-party service facilitates communication, we gather information regarding these interactions, including participants’ phone numbers, timestamps, and SMS message contents. Additionally, as a security measure, we reserve the right to monitor or record phone call content made through the FBK Rides platform, with prior notification to users before the call commences.
To facilitate referrals and enhance your experience, you can authorize FBK Rides to access your contact list. By doing so, you enable us to securely store and utilize the names and contact details of your contacts. This permission allows us to streamline the process of referring friends to FBK Rides while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of your information.
We employ various tools such as cookies, web beacons, and data analytics technologies like Google Analytics and SDKs to gather insights into your usage of the FBK Rides Platform and engagement with FBK Rides advertisements. Sharing Among FBK Ride Participants
Rider information shared with driver: When a ride request is received, the Driver is provided with essential details about the Rider, including their pickup location, name, profile photo, rating, and certain statistics related to their usage of the platform, such as the approximate number of rides and years as a Rider. Additionally, any information that the Rider has included in their profile is shared with the Driver. During the ride, the Driver is informed of the Rider’s destination and any additional stops specified by the Rider within the FBK Rides app. Following the completion of the ride, the Driver is eventually provided with the Rider’s rating and feedback.
Driver information shared with Rider: Upon a Driver accepting a requested ride, we will share with the Rider the Driver’s name, profile photo, rating, current location, and the vehicle model, colour, and license plate, as well as other information in the Driver’s FBK Rides profile.
While we facilitate communication between Riders and Drivers for pickup arrangements, we do not disclose your actual phone number or other contact details to other users. If you report a lost or found item, we will endeavor to connect you with the relevant Rider or Driver, with your consent including sharing actual contact information.
In the case of FBK Rides Shared rides, we prioritize safety by sharing each Rider’s name and profile picture. Additionally, Riders can view each others pickup and drop-off locations as part of understanding the route during the shared ride experience. For rides that are requested or paid for by others, if another user requests or pays for a ride on your behalf, we may share certain details of your ride with that party. This information may include the date, time, charge, rating given, region of trip, and pick up and drop off location of your ride.
