Document requirements
Send an image of your PrDP that is clear. Either your Card or your temporary license can be photographed using a PrDP.
When your driver's license is set to expire, you will be notified. Through the app, you can update your PrDP.
If you are uploading your temporary PrDP, you must also include your valid driver's license in order for it to be accepted. To do this, take a photo of them both stacked on top of one another.
Profile photo
All driver-partners must have an approved profile picture on their partner account. The profile photo must meet the following requirements:
No hats or sunglasses (regular glasses and religious garments are accepted).
